Words, that is a tricky one. One can not never say that they can convey all their intentions and understandings when it come to verbal expression of words, especially for speaking to others.

Korean Criminal Act, Article 156(False Accusation) defines ‘False Accusation’ as,
A person who reports false information to a public office or a public official for the purpose of having a criminal or disciplinary punishment imposed upon another, shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten years, or a fine not exceeding 15 million won. <Amended by Act No. 5057, Dec. 29, 1995>
If you can handle the first stage of investigation with sound mind, you can get the justice by pressing charge the one who falsely accused you for that crime.
